Conforme informou a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, o mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria foi cumprido no fim de semana.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Um policial militar lotado no Oitavo Comando de Policiamento do Interior (CPI-8) foi preso temporariamente neste fim de semana, em\u00a0Presidente Prudente (SP)<\/a>. O fato foi resultado de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o tr\u00e1fico de drogas conduzida pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Sobre Entorpecentes (Dise).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Conforme informou a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP), por meio de nota, \u201ca pris\u00e3o foi decretada pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a Militar do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, como resultado de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o contra o tr\u00e1fico de drogas originada pela Dise do munic\u00edpio\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

O policial militar foi conduzido ao Pres\u00eddio Militar Rom\u00e3o Gomes, na capital paulista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cCabe esclarecer que a SSP e a PM n\u00e3o t\u00eam compromisso com o erro e n\u00e3o compactuam com desvios de conduta de seus agentes\u201d, informou ainda em nota a secretaria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

J\u00e1 o Oitavo Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria do Interior (Deinter-8) informou, tamb\u00e9m por meio de nota, que a pris\u00e3o decorre de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es promovidas pela Divis\u00e3o Especializada de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Deic), por meio de inqu\u00e9rito policial instaurado pela 2\u00aa Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre Entorpecentes (Dise) e que resultou na\u00a0deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o da “Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Perf\u00eddia\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Conforme divulgado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil na ocasi\u00e3o, a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Perf\u00eddia foi deflagrada no dia 10 de junho, com a finalidade de desestruturar um grupo criminoso respons\u00e1vel pelo tr\u00e1fico de drogas em \u00e2mbitos regional e interestadual.<\/p>\n
